ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Flexible Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are deeply committed to community-focused donation events, such as the Richfield Food Drive, Winter Gear Drive, and Penn Fest.
