"I wish I could give negative stars here. Was quoted a price for a new vehicle, after being a customer for many years, and bought the new vehicle depending on that price only to be lied to about not having a VIN number at quote - they 100% did, they do not return phone calls when asked or give good explanations aside from "a renewal was happening, too bad." Horrible customer service all around and will be finding a new carrier."
